Our Story

Montego TourBook was created with the event planner in mind! Are you a bride-to-be managing your wedding while monitoring the budget? Or an enterprise event planner for a major company? How about that caterer needing inventory features managing many events and staff? TourBook is the product for you!  

We provide the tools to manage most and if not all, event use-cases in one software platform. Our concept started in 2009, with many prototypes of this product created and tested over the years using other collaborative software. Tourbook was designed and built to give event planners real tools that would cut down the need to use several applications to manage one event. Two things we know for sure is that event planner’s needs are communication and organization.
